• How long does shipping take?
  Since each item is handmade, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing before your order ships. After that, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days (U.S. only). I appreciate your patience — it’s worth the wait! 💛
• Do you accept returns or exchanges?
  All sales are final. Please double-check your size and info before placing your order. If there’s an issue, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help.
• Can I request a custom design?
  Yes! I’m always open to creating something custom when possible. Just send me a message through the contact page or DM me on Instagram.
• How do I wash my embroidered clothes?
  Wash inside out on cold and hang dry if you can. This keeps the embroidery looking clean and helps your piece last longer.
